The Yale University public events calendar is powered by Localist, which enables users—whether or not they are designated calendar administrators—to submit campus events for consideration to include on the calendar.
This resource will guide Yale-Localist end-users on how to submit events to the calendar for review and utilize the tool’s dashboard to stay updated on campus events of interest.
What is a Yale-Localist end-user?
An end-user is anyone with a Yale NetID that is not a designated Yale-Localist calendar administrator. End-users can login to Yale-Localist to browse upcoming events, follow campus groups, and submit public events for consideration. They cannot review, approve, edit, or publish events on Yale’s public calendar.
