The Yale University public events calendar is powered by Localist, which enables users — whether or not they are designated calendar administrators — to submit campus events for consideration to include on the calendar.
This resource will guide Yale-Localist end-users on how to submit events to the calendar for review and utilize the tool’s dashboard to stay updated on campus events of interest.
What is a Yale-Localist end-user?
An end-user is anyone with a Yale NetID that is not a designated Yale-Localist calendar administrator. End-users can login to Yale-Localist to browse upcoming events, follow campus groups, and submit public events for consideration. They cannot review, approve, edit, or publish events on Yale’s public calendar.
