Support Options for Sites Not Yet Ready to Upgrade

We understand that transition takes time. For websites that require additional time before upgrading, we’ve established the following support framework:

  • YaleSites has established a strategic partnership with Pantheon, who offers ongoing web hosting and security maintenance for Drupal 7 sites requiring continued support.
  • Our team will continue addressing support tickets for Drupal 7 sites, though requests related to updated Drupal websites will receive priority attention.
  • All existing Drupal 7 resources will remain accessible.
  • Please note: New code enhancements will not be available for Drupal 7 sites.
  • All newly developed sites will be built exclusively on the newest version of Drupal.
