How it works:

  1. Download the CSV template spreadsheet locally on your computer
  2. Fill in profile information for as many people as you need (one person per row)
  3. Save and Import your completed spreadsheet into YaleSites
    1. The importer is under “Manage Profiles” - Click the “CSV Import” button on the top right of your screen
  4. Profile pages are automatically created with all the details you provided

What you need to know:

  • Display Name is the only required field—all other fields are optional, giving you flexibility to include as much or as little information as you have
  • Images require individual attention—the bulk import doesn’t support image uploads, so you’ll need to add photos to each profile separately. This is actually a great opportunity to gather updated, high-resolution images from your community members.
