What’s changed?

We are thrilled to announce the latest feature release for YaleSites, developed in partnership with the Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning. This collaboration exemplifies our shared vision with the Yale community and reinforces YaleSites’ commitment to open-source development. The Poorvu Center has made significant contributions to the YaleSites platform, working alongside their development partner iFactory to bring these features to life. The New Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning website will go live this spring.

Power up your content organization with new View and Taxonomy enhancements

The new enhanced Views and Taxonomy features bring new ways to showcase and filter your content. With custom vocabularies, advanced filtering options, and the ability to show off pinned content, you’ll have more control than ever over how your content is organized and presented to your audience.

Improve content discovery with the Taxonomy Display block

The new Taxonomy Display block enhances content organization by clearly displaying all taxonomy terms (besides “Tags”) assigned to each node. This feature improves site navigation and content discoverability by making your taxonomic structure visible and accessible, whether for courses, departments, or other specialized content.
